    Job Summary:

    Responsible for the promotion and achievement of sales targets and competent implementation of account plans and sales strategies for the assigned Specialty Product Line, within the assigned geographical territory in the UAE.

    Job Requirements:

    • Promote allocated products in assigned territories
    • Develop comprehensive territory/account/customer plans to drive achievement of desired objectives
    • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of the specialty therapeutic area
    • Deep knowledge of the market and customers (prescribers/HCPs/institutions/ organizations, etc.)
    • Demonstrate strategic and advanced selling skills
    • Generate demand for products in assigned accounts
    • Develop and manage strategic customer alliances and development of long term customer relationship, to achieve key customer satisfaction goals
    • Develop maintain and consolidate relationships with all relevant and important functions in the healthcare system and at hospital level (where applicable)
    • Proactively provide improvement action(s) to enhance performance in sales and sales delivery
    • Ensure all activities are compliant with Company Code of Business Conduct, and embody our Core Values and Leadership Expectations

    Required Qualifications & Experience:

    • Graduate, with a Medical Professional Degree (e.g. Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary, etc.)
    • Minimum of three years competent and consistent performance as a Medical Representative in an MNC Pharmaceutical/healthcare company, preferably in the UAE
    • Proven track record of sales in specialty product line/therapeutic area

    • Knowledge of the Infant Nutrition market and customers in assigned territory in Saudi Arabia
    • Develop, maintain and consolidate key customer relationships
    • Maintain a watching brief on developments within assigned territory, customers, market, etc.
    • Proactively provide improvement action(s) to enhance performance in sales and sales delivery
    • Work closely with supervisor and provide feedback to Marketing Manager
